100 day project: hands

I do a lot of artwork to honor my hands.
Drawing, calligraphy, finger touches and farmer's walks
are the ways I work on my flexibility and
range of motion.

Crooked fingers, swollen palms, I still take
joy in creativity.

100 day project: markers and vellum

Most of the things I have been doing for my 100-day project are
warm-ups doodle, trinkets for my journal, and sketchbook ideas.

Sometimes my sketchbook is a spiral notebook,

and other times it is lightweight paper taken from my printer.

This time I was curious how these markers perform on vellum.

I make a new version of this one every so often.

100 day project: Single signature journal

A work in progress, the cover is hand drawn, and the spine is

reinforced with clear sticker paper.

Pockets from recycled painted packing paper

I love stuffing them with tags and drawings.

More pockets and doodled pages.

Junk mail envelope, painted and lined. I love

simple pattern on pattern.

pocket in use

From my rug design series. I used black and white

bakers twine to sew to signature together.

The other side of the envelope, with a pocket.

The back side of the envelope, with more hand drawn flowers.

The last page is hand drawn with double pockets.

More pictures of the items stuffed in the pockets will be here

when I complete them.
